ORDS Restful services: source type Media resource => call by PLSQL ORA-22921

With the current version 18.1.0.00.41 on oracle.apex.com, i have created a GET web service to get blob files.

https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/wsp_loreal/loreal/ri/filevalues/1

If you go the page https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=TST_MUM:TST

Enter 1, click submit

How can i call in PL/SQL a media resource Handler to get the clob of the image?
