ORDS not able to connect to DB after container restart

Till ReymannMar 31 2022 — edited Mar 31 2022

I created two docker containers with the latest express and ORDS images.
After initial setup (following Oracle XE and Apex in a docker container | by luca bindi | Medium), it works like a charm; the containers can communicate between each other.
However, if I restart the containers, I get a 503 error page stating:
503 Service Unavailable: [...] The username or password for the connection pool named |apex||, are invalid, expired, or the account is locked [...]
It seems that if I don't wait long enough for the DB container to start, the ORDS container causes an account lock.
I have so far re-installed every time this happens, because I cannot seem to find the right user to ALTER user ACCOUNT unlock (or maybe I have to reset the password, too?).
How can I solve this problem?
My apologies if I posted this in the wrong area.
Regards, Till
