ORDS Installation Problem

Hi Friends

I am using Apex Version 23.1 with Oracle 19c. I am installing ORDS 23.1. But facing the problem in installation of ords. I am attaching a file about the error when I run the below command.

java -jar ords.war install

Please help. I will be thankful.
