ORDS installation: how to create ORDS_METADATA and ORDS_METADATA?

Hi community,

I hope you're doing great.

I'm following this guide: https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-rest-data-services/19.2/aelig/installing-REST-data-services.html#GUID-… to install the ORDS. As per this guide, there must be five DB users in place before proceeding with the ORDS installation. The APEX_* users were created during the APEX installation and they are working OK. I can't figure out how to create the remaining two (ORDS_METADATA and ORDS_METADATA). Is this something I need to do manually using SQL statements? Or there is some SQL script on the ORDS installation files I'm overlooking?

Some info about this install:

- DB 19C

- ORDS 19.4

- APEX 20.1
