ORDS Crashes: Running new ORDS 23.4 with Apache Tomcat 9.0, JAVA 17

Running Apache Tomcat 9.0 with java 17, ords 23.4 is throwing error java.io.IOException: Broken pipe and sometimes java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer results in slowing the websites and crashes the server.
Does any one face same issue or any fix for that?
