ORDS CLI: "Unknown error: Run at log level fine to see error"

For Oracle Linux, repo installed ORDS 24.3 package. ORDS CLI returns “Unknown error: Run at log level fine to see error” when choosing option [G] “Generate script to upgrade ORDS in all database pools”

Is this adding --java-options “-Djava.util.logging.level=FINE” ?

Where is this logged?
