orawsv - PL/SQL - retrieve SOAP headers

I am using Oracle 11gR2 XML DB Native Web Services (orawsv) to invoke PL/SQL stored procedures.  My question is, is it possible for a stored procedure launched by orawsv to access SOAP headers (including custom headers) that were included in the SOAP request message?  If so, how?
