ORAVSN10.DLL NOT VALID WINDOWS

I've had 10g r2 installed on XP, then installed 11g r1 in a seperate ORACLE_HOME.
After installing the 11g, when I try to start listner, startup database instance, even run opatch i get the message;
The application or DLL f:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\bin\oravsn10.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.
