Orastack : Error couldn't open file with creafile()

Hello,

While trying to increase memory stack value on my database, I'm getting the following error

E:\app\geomap\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\BIN>orastack oracle.exe 3100000
Couldn't open file with CreateFile()
GetLastError() == 5

What does it means exactly ?

I tried to sto / start the database, but the same error succeed.
