ORARRP and DDE Conversation Failed

I work on a helpdesk and we have a small group (5 people) who are getting the following error:

"Failed to Establish DDE Conversation with Acrobat, Error 16394"

What happens is that they go to print out a 3 - 5 page order and only the 1st page prints and then they get the error.

We have users install ORARRP (ver 1.3.4.0). The only way I could get them to print all of the pages is to add the following to the orarrp.ini file:

[advanced options]
pdf_shell_print=yes

They are able to print now, but I am wondering if there is a fix besides this. I am starting to see some other issues now with printing.
