OraOLEDB.Oracle nor registered on local machine

Hi!

Win2k, ASP.net Application, C#, Oracle 9.2

We get the following, unfortunately German, error message:

Der 'OraOLEDB.Oracle.1'-Provider ist nicht auf dem lokalen Computer registriert. ---> System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException: Keine Fehlerinformationen verfügbar für: REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG(0x80040154).

Something like: Provider is not registered on local machine --> no erreorinfomation available for:
REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG(0x80040154).

But only when we try to connect from a webform application, Windows Forms are ok.
