OraOLEDB not visible in SQL Server Management Studio

I'm trying to access my (remote) 11gR2 RAC installation through a link in SQL Server Management studio.

On the server with the Management Studio, I've installed the 11gR2 client (64 bit), as well as ODAC.

However, on my Providers list under Server Objects > Linked Servers > Providers, I don't see the Oracle OraOLEDB

Anyone know the proper way to rectify this?
