Oraoledb.dll not found

Hi,

I am currently encountering the issue with the application for which 'Oraoledb.dll' is required in Oracle home path. However, when I looked into my Oracle home path I couldn't find this file anywhere. I researched and found that in order to get this file, I need to install 'Oracle Objects for OLE' or 'Windows Interface' components when custom installing Oracle. I tried to do that, and found that these componenets are already installed on my system. Still I couldn't find this file. I am running 'Oracle Client version 9'.

Is there anything that I am not doing right? Any expert comments/responses are well appreciated in advance.
