OraMTS Error 1002 - obtaining/releasing connection

Hi All,

we have a problem with our COM object that connects to
Oracle via ORAMTS.dll.
It is a COM object created from PowerBuilder 10. It gives following error when it tries to connect:
OraMTS Error 1002 - obtaining/releasing connection.

We use Oracle 9.2.0.4.0 Oracle Services for Microsoft
Transaction Server running on Windows 2000, SP 4.
Can anybody help?
