Oradim startup options?

I know oradim (10g R2 on Windows) can be used to specify a shutdown type (immediate, normal, abort).

But I can't see that it is possible to use it to control the startup type (nomount, mount, open).

Have I just missed it? Or is it really not possible to do something like oradim -startup -sid mydb -starttype srvc,inst -startmode nomount ?
