'oradim' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Hi,

I have manually installed the Oracle 10 successfully (after many failures) but after the installation has completed, I was trying to manually create the database. So we have to first create the password file..

I used the command

oradim -sid -new test -intpwd oracle -startmode M

But I get the following error.

*'oradim' is not recognized as an internal or external command,*
operable program or batch file.

Please let me know what can be done here..
