oracore9.dll

Hi all,

I have a java console app that connects to Oracle 9.0.1 on the Unix side running properly.

When I try to run it on NT, it has given me "The dll oracore9.dll could not be found....".

All the jdbc drivers and oci library are downloaded.
Can someone pls help on this and let me know if any solution is available?
