OracleServiceBsb error: 183, CreateMutex.

My oracle database server (v7.3.4 on MS NT 4.0) stopped to work suddenly. Nothing was written in trace files about the problem. However, I found the following entrie int NT Event Viewer when the problem occur:
"The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( OracleServiceBsb ) could not be found. It contains the following insertion string(s): OracleServiceBsb error: 183, CreateMutex."

Before this entrie there was another that can be related:
"The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( ORACLE7.bsb ) could not be found. It contains the following insertion string(s): ACTION : 'connect internal' OSPRIV : OPER CLIENT USER: Administrator CLIENT TERMINAL: SUICA."
