Am I the only person having problems using apex for the past 24 hours, i am receiving the following error.

Not Found
The requested URL /pls/otn/wwv_flow.accept was not found on this server.

Oracle-Application-Server-10g/10.1.3.0.0 Oracle-HTTP-Server Server at htmldb.oracle.com Port 80
