OracleDBConsole service don't start on Windows 2003 server.

Hello to all.
I've installed Oracle 10g R2 on a Windows 2003 server std edition.
My problem is that the "OracleDBConsoleXXXX" service does not start with the following error:

" The OracleDBConsoleXXXX service terminated with service-specific error 1 (0x1). "

Does anyone has any ideas where the problem might be?
