OracleDataReader HasRows ???

Does anyone know if the OracleDataReader has a property with the same functionality as M$ OracleClient HasRows property? Or how I could get that type of functionality.

I'm using ODP.NET 9.2.0.4.0. Upgrading to 10g is not an option at this time.
