oracleasm is not performing the scandisks on server restart.

Hi Team,

oracleasm is not performing the scandisks on server restart. but once we do manuallly everything comes up

please help getting this resolved

Setup details are as below

Oracle 12.2 Rac setup,
OS is Oracle linux 7.4

Note:

one of the suggestion is to add sleep to  /etc/init.d/oracleasm but that also did not worked out.
