Hi Oracle APEX Team,
My workspace on apex.oracle.com is locked and the Reset Password flow is not clearing the lock.
Workspace Name: mikemac Username: mikem@investiture.co.za
I have tried the Reset Password link several times, always in the same browser, and followed the email link immediately. I can complete the password change, but I still get the red banner "The account is locked." (see attached screenshot).
Could you please unlock my account and allow me to reset the password?
