oracle8i 8.1.7 and ojdbc14.jar

We have a machine installed with Oracle8i and jvm1.2.
We have a second machine installed with our home-made server that runs now under jvm14 (it was jvm12 before).

This server needs also a jdbc driver to connect to the oracle db.
We used classes12.zip which is not jvm14... where can we download the appropriate driver? for free? what's this driver version?
