Hello
I am trying to install oracle database 19c on my laptop for my college use and i cant complete the installation, it get stuck at “Creating and starting Oracle instance” also before that it also shows another failure in the command prompt.
Also, during my lap i had talk with my professor and she also don't know what to do i think.
