oracle xml publisher Desktop error in previewing

Dear All,

I installed "oracle xml publisher Desktop" successfully , & i open the template on the microsoft word & load the xml data successfully , but when i preview the template i get the following error :

"windows cannot find 'C:\PROGRA~1\ORACLE\BI'.Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again . to search for a file click the start button , and then click search "

will you guide me what can i doo to preview my templates
NOTE : I've windows XP sp3 could it be a reason for that if yes please so what is the solution
if not so wht can i do ????
