Oracle XE password reset admin internal account locked

Dear,

I tried to connect to my xe with internal account.
The password does not work any more.
I tried to reset the password with
apxchpwd.sql
or
apxxepwd.sql
It did not work.
Now I am getting the Error Message Close Notification "The account is locked. "

What can I do?
