Oracle XE on Suse 10.2

Hi all,

I'm trying to install Oracle XE on Suse 10.2. I installed using the rpm from oracle site. I'm not able to open the local database homepage on http://localhost:8080/apex. I tried both firefox and konquerer. Also I'm able to connect successfully using the sqlplus and when i do dbms_xdb.gethttpport() in sqlplus i get 8080. i can't understand the problem. I also opened the ports numbered 8080,1521 in the firewall. Please advice what's going wrong. My ultimate aim is to setup compiere, and I need to get oracle working first

Any help will be greatly appreciated !!
