Oracle XE hard disk limitation

Hi,
I want to ask what is the maximum size for the Oracle XE?
and does this include the physical files when I use the BFILE? so if a use uploaded a file with 1 GB size for example is this counted in the Oracle XE file or it will only count the reference inside the BFILE?
