Oracle XE - Execute external Job (Linux)

I want to execute a external job in Oracle XE, I ran one in Oracle XE on Windows, but when I try execute with the same permissions and following https://oracle-base.com/articles/11g/scheduler-enhancements-11gr1 instructions, but i get "error:ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: 274662 (274666)"

I don't know what's the problem.!!!

Please help me.
