Oracle XE 18c Windows - Tablespace

Hello,

i will create a new TABLESPACE on a other drive ( here D:\ORADATA ) , but is not possible

ORA-07445:

Script:

CREATE TABLESPACE USER_DATA DATAFILE

'D:\ORADATA\USER_DATA_01.dbf' SIZE 1G AUTOEXTEND ON NEXT 10M MAXSIZE 2G

LOGGING

DEFAULT

NO INMEMORY

EXTENT MANAGEMENT LOCAL AUTOALLOCATE

BLOCKSIZE 8K

SEGMENT SPACE MANAGEMENT AUTO

Why can i not create a new Tablespace in XE
