Oracle Workshop for WebLogic is slow

Hi

I am using Oracle Workshop for WebLogic Version: 10.3 & Build id: 1137967 on Windows7 32-bit OS with 4GB RAM

It is too slow when creating/updating proxy message flow.

Is there any settings to change?
