Oracle workflow help

Hi Team,

EBS version : R12.1.3
DB : 11.2.0.2

The Oracle workflow needs to be updated. User 'A' no longer with us. These emails now needs to be sent to new user 'B'. ex: B@xxx.com
What is the procedure to update the flow of the emails generated through the workflow system?
