Oracle Workflow

Hi All,

I am new to oracle workflows, I have a requirement in the workflow,I finished 4 level approval Workflow where notification will be sent as an attachment, If i check in notifications in the user level log in am able to see the notification with attachment but i email is not delivering to the approver, Can any one suggest ASAP,

Its highly critical (Approvers can receive mails from other customized workflows only not able to receive from mine ) , Its highly critical please help,
