Oracle wont work after windows update!

Hi

My computer installed some updates automatically and then restarted. Now I cannot open the oracle database homepage because "127.0.0.1 is not set up to establish a connection on port 8080" The updates must have screwed something up. Can anyone help? I have an assignment due and need to be working on it.
