Oracle with C# in .NET

I am developing an Web application using C# in .NET with Oracle 10g as the backend database. In order for application to connect to Oracle Db, do I have to install the Oracle client on the IIS server? If ot is there any THIN client drive exist for .NET and how do I configure it.
