Oracle Weblogic,Wls Forms,Wls Reports as window Services

Hi Seniors.

Configured weblogic 12c and managed services as a window services. As window boot, window logic and managed services start but reports cannot start.

As i start manually node manager then AdminServer then forms then servicenaming.bat then reports it work perfect.

Please clear as widow boot , AdminServer and Managed server start automatically.
