Oracle wallet ORA-28365: wallet is not open error

hello,

I have cloned a database which uses Oracle wallet ( which i don't know too much about )
Now i try to update a table in this new database and I get this error.
ORA-28365: wallet is not open

What exactly do I need to do as i did not set up this functionality
