oracle VSS writer problem

Hi all,

I use windows 10, everytime I reboot the system this appears in my event logs :

Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine RegOpenKeyExW(-2147483646,SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VSS\Diag,...). hr = 0x80070005, Access is denied.

Writer Name: Oracle VSS Writer - RSS12CDB

Writer Instance Name: RSS12CDB

Writer Instance ID: {b78ca57d-30dd-481d-8ae9-3876b109cf7a}

what problems could this give or can this be ignored

if it can't be ignored, how to fix it ?
