Oracle VM Windows PV Drivers error

Hello,

I am trying to virtualization Windows 2008 R2 - the source machine - Windows PV Drivers 3.2.3, and when I install, error appears "open quem key error", "open pv key error", "Failed to open XenPci regkey."

What could be the cause.
