Oracle VM Virtual Machine Network Adapter

Does anyone know why I only get 100MB Realtek RTL8139C +Fast Ethernet NIC instead of Gigabit NIC on my Windows 2003 & Windows 2008 virtual machines running on Oracle VM 3?

Could it possible to get Gigabit NIC instead of 100MB NICs?
