Oracle VM Server 3.2.1 on SunFire X4100 x86 Install fails with Panic onCPU

I have been trying to install Oracle VM Server 3.2.1 on SunFire X4100 x86.(AMD OPT & 8 GB memory).Once it boots up i get below error .Any thoughts on this.
