Oracle VM manager requires python 2 on Oracle Linux 9

I have been struggling to install Oracle VM Manager on Oracle Linux 9.

The installations scripts says:

"The supported Python version is higher than 2.6.6 and lower than 3.0.
Your Python version is 3.9.16, Please update your Python to a supported version(like 2.6.6)"

But On Oracle Linux 9 there is no way to install Python 2. It comes with Python 3.

Is there any workaround?
