Oracle VM Manager Reinstallation

Hi,
My oracle vm manager base machine OS is corrupted and VM manager interface is not accessible, VM machines are running fine, can any one guide me reinstallation of OS and Virtual Manager will not change the structure/settings of my VM machines..??
