Oracle VM 2.2 on PE 2850 - not see all the RAM

I've got Oracle VM (64 bit) on a Dell poweredge 2850 (with the latest bios) and it's only seeing 58776k of RAM when the system has 16GB installed (and bios "sees it). Any hints?
