Oracle Virtual Box 64 bit OS option not coming for guest machine

I have installed Oracle Virtual Box on Windows Server 2008R2 and I am trying to open a VHD file which is Windows Server 2003 64 bit, when I am creating a new virtual machine 64 bit options is not coming for guest OS.Only 32 bit options is showing for guest OS(new virtual machine configurations.
