Oracle Virtual box 5.2.18 Display size

Hello Experts,

I have installed Oracle Virtual box 5.2.18 on windows 10. I have installed Oracle Jdeveloper ( java IDE ) and Eclipse in this virtualbox.

Issue : whenever i open these 2 IDEs, the menus, files etc show up so small it is very difficult to see filenames or read munus etc. I was able to increase the Font Size of the actual code editor and code shows up nicely higher font.

In VirtalBox where do i set so the menus display bigger and easier to read. See the screen below what i am referring to. Its so hard to read.
