Fairly minor thing, cant see where to log this, ring the oracle support number in UK, press 1 for an previous SR, 2 for a new one etc. Pressing the buttons ain't working, its not recognising the 1 and 2, nothing happens. Tried from multiple phone, office and mobile. I tried a italian support number and got through that way as that does recognize the key press, its only the UK support that seems to have this issue.
I raised this with support, they said no issue on their side, so I dont know where to go from there. Anyone else getting that, who would I log that with?
