Oracle UCM Web Location link not working.

Hi,

I have checked-In a document in Oracle UCM. Once checkIn process is completed, if I try to access it using the Web Location link then it doesn't shows anything. The Web Location link is not working at all. Same is the case with the rest of my documents. However, Native file link is working. But, My requirement is to use the Web Location link.

Please help.
