Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) - Modify security in Subject Area for JOB ROLES

Hi All,
The Analytics Dashboard includes seven reports, but reports 1, 2, 3, and 4 do not show a list of employees in the prompt LOV Filter for selection to run the reports because of the security of the subject area.

ANALYSIS -
As per our analysis, the initial occurrence of this issue was noted in the BIP reports that utilized secured tables, which prevented the report from rendering output due to security constraints. After substituting the secured tables with standard tables, the problem was resolved. Subsequently, we identified similar issues with the prompt LOV filter. Further investigation revealed that the prompt filter contains an SQL query that references the subject area (workforce succession management - incumbent plans real time), and the backend subject area query uses secured tables for security purposes. Therefore, to resolve the issue with the prompt LOV filter, it may be necessary to adjust the job role securities to ensure that excluded roles are granted the privilege to view the output, thus enabling the subject area to produce the output for the prompt LOV filter.
